Enforcement of ORS 166.412

Where appropriate, a person may enforce the legal duties imposed by ORS 166.412 (Definitions) (7)(a) or (b), by the provisions of ORS 30.260 (Definitions for ORS 30.260 to 30.300) to 30.300 (ORS 30.260 to 30.300 exclusive) and ORS chapter 183. [1989 c.839 §12; 1995 c.729 §8; 2015 c.50 §5]
