Establishment of requirements and procedures by Chief Justice by rule or order
(1) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court may, by rule or order, establish requirements and procedures necessary to comply with the provisions of ORS 147.500 (Definitions) to 147.550 (Establishment of requirements and procedures by Chief Justice by rule or order).
(2) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall prescribe the forms described in ORS 147.510 (Critical stage of criminal proceeding) (4) and 147.515 (Claims) (2)(a). The form described in ORS 147.515 (Claims) (2)(a) must allow a victim to designate an alternate mailing address or to substitute a person to receive notice or service on behalf of the victim for the purposes of ORS 147.500 (Definitions) to 147.550 (Establishment of requirements and procedures by Chief Justice by rule or order).
