Confidentiality of records and reports

Notwithstanding the provisions of ORS 192.311 (Definitions for ORS 192.311 to 192.478) to 192.478 (Exemption for Judicial Department) relating to confidentiality and accessibility for public inspection of public records, records and reports made under the provisions of ORS 146.750 (Injuries to be reported to law enforcement agency) are confidential and are not accessible for public inspection.
