Special Crime and Forfeiture Account

The Special Crime and Forfeiture Account is established in the General Fund of the State Treasury. The account shall consist of all forfeiture proceeds deposited in the account under ORS 131A.365 (Distribution of forfeiture proceeds by state). All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Justice and may be used only for the purposes specified in ORS 131A.365 (Distribution of forfeiture proceeds by state) (6).
