Exclusive and continuing jurisdiction

Except as provided in ORS 125.822 (Special jurisdiction), a court that has appointed a guardian or issued a conservatorship order consistent with ORS 125.800 (Short title) to 125.852 (Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act) has exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over the proceeding until the proceeding is terminated by the court or the appointment or order expires by its own terms.
