Application of law to children resulting from artificial insemination

Except as may be otherwise provided by a judicial decree entered in any action filed before October 4, 1977, the provisions of ORS 109.239 (Rights and obligations of children resulting from artificial insemination) to 109.247 (Application of law to children resulting from artificial insemination), 677.355 ("Artificial insemination" defined) to 677.365 (Consent required) and 677.990 (Penalties) (3) apply to all persons conceived as a result of artificial insemination. [1977 c.686 §7]
