partial medical assessment

  • "Partial medical assessment" means an assessment that consists of:

    (a) A medical examination; and

    (b) The offering and, if requested, provision of emergency contraception, sexually transmitted disease prevention and, for a victim who is 17 years of age or younger, prescriptions for emergency contraception. [2003 c.789 §1; 2007 c.268 §1]
