american experience table

  • This is the mortality table that life insurance companies in the United States have been using as the basis of calculations for policies issued prior to 1961. The American Experience Table is an ultimate table of mortality. The facts compiled to make up the table were based upon the histories of lives that had been passed by physical examination, at least five years before being taken into consideration.
