Joint exercise of power

The Oregon Department of Aviation may exercise any powers granted by ORS 836.025 (Establishment of airports and air navigation facilities by department) to 836.050 (Condemnation of railroad or public utility property) jointly with any municipalities or agencies of the state government, with other states or their municipalities, or with the United States.
