   2011 ORS § 742.496¹
Limitation on qualification for discount

No person shall receive a discount under ORS 742.490 (Premium reduction) to 742.494 (Certification of completion of course) if the person takes the approved course as a punishment, specified by a court or other government entity, for a moving traffic violation. [1989 c.379 §6]
