Licensing requirement

Except as provided in ORS 697.502 (Exemptions from licensing and record-keeping requirements), a person may not conduct, purport to conduct or advertise that the person conducts a check-cashing business without first obtaining a license under ORS 697.514 (Application review and license issuance). [2007 c.358 §3]
