Penalties for violations of ORS 671.010 to 671.220 or 671.530

(1) Violation of any of the provisions of ORS 671.010 (Definitions for ORS 671.010 to 671.220) to 671.220 (Civil penalties) is subject to the provisions of ORS 671.220 (Civil penalties).
