Worker may continue benefits after employers obligation ends

If the State of Oregons obligation to continue paying premiums for health benefits under ORS 659A.063 (State to continue group health benefits for injured worker and covered dependents) expires or terminates, the worker may continue coverage by paying the entire premium pursuant to ORS 743.530 (Continuation of benefits after injury or illness covered by workers compensation). [Formerly 659.460]
