Revocation, suspension or refusal to renew license

The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries may revoke, suspend or refuse to renew a license to act as a labor contractor upon the commissioners own motion or upon complaint by any individual, if:

(1) The licensee or agent has violated or failed to comply with any provision of ORS 658.405 (Definitions for ORS 658.405 to 658.503) to 658.503 (Service of process when contractor unavailable) and 658.991 (Criminal penalties) (2) and (3);

(2) The conditions under which the license was issued have changed or no longer exist; or

(3) The licensees character, reliability or competence makes the licensee unfit to act as a farm labor contractor. [1959 c.395 §11]
