Duties of commission generally

The Wage and Hour Commission shall administer, execute and carry out the provisions of ORS 653.010 (Definitions for ORS 653.010 to 653.261) to 653.545 (Visitation rights of commission) and 653.991 (Penalties). [Amended by 1975 c.605 §30]
