Unlawful sale prohibited

A person may not sell, offer for sale, hold for sale or bake a loaf of bread in violation of the provisions of ORS 625.010 (Definitions for ORS 625.010 to 625.270) to 625.270 (Unlawful sale prohibited) or orders thereunder. [1963 c.594 §8; 1987 c.472 §6; 2009 c.11 §81]
