   2011 ORS § 625.190¹
Disposition of fees

All fees received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS 625.010 (Definitions for ORS 625.010 to 625.270) to 625.270 (Unlawful sale prohibited) shall be deposited in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund and are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of carrying out ORS 625.010 (Definitions for ORS 625.010 to 625.270) to 625.270 (Unlawful sale prohibited). [Amended by 1979 c.499 §25]
