Rules and regulations

The State Department of Agriculture may make, from time to time, all needful rules and regulations for the administration of ORS 585.010 (Definitions for ORS 585.010 to 585.220) to 585.220 (Department employee peace officer powers), and provide the necessary forms to carry those sections into effect. The rules and regulations shall be printed in pamphlet form as provided in ORS 561.190 (Rules and regulations).
