Law inapplicable to certain forest practices

The provisions of ORS 568.900 (Definitions for ORS 568.900 to 568.933) to 568.933 (Civil penalties) shall not apply to any forest practice conducted on forestland as defined in ORS 527.620 (Definitions for ORS 527.610 to 527.770). [1993 c.263 §12]
