Application of ORS 545.553 and 545.555

ORS 545.553 (Petition for election on authorization and issuance of bonds) and 545.555 (Holding election) apply to an election to authorize the issuance of bonds by a district formed pursuant to a petition filed under ORS 545.025 (Purposes of irrigation district) (7). [Formerly 545.228]
