Agreements with State Fire Marshal representatives

The State Fire Marshal may enter into agreements with any state or local agency to allow the agency to act as a representative of the State Fire Marshal for purposes of ORS 476.841 (Prohibition against sale or distribution of novelty lighters) and 476.846 (Compliance inspections). [2009 c.6 §5]
