Limitations on protection from criminal liability

Nothing in ORS 475.300 (Findings) to 475.346 (Short title) shall protect a person from a criminal cause of action based on possession, production, or delivery of marijuana that is not authorized by ORS 475.300 (Findings) to 475.346 (Short title). [1999 c.4 §11]
