Commission considered criminal justice agency

For purposes of ORS 181.511 (Fingerprints, identifying data, disposition report required upon arrest) to 181.575 (Specific information not to be collected or maintained), the Oregon State Athletic Commission shall be considered a criminal justice agency. [1987 c.789 §18; 2007 c.585 §18]
