Tax levy to finance programs under ORS 450.947 to 450.977

Expenses incurred by a district in establishing programs or providing benefits authorized by ORS 450.947 (Contracts for medical, dental and hospital services) to 450.977 (Tax levy to finance programs under ORS 450.947 to 450.977) are expenses for which an authority may levy taxes as provided in ORS 450.885 (Tax levies on property in the authority).
