Judicial review of penalties

Judicial review of civil penalties imposed under ORS 443.790 (Authority to impose civil penalty) shall be as provided under ORS 183.480 (Judicial review of agency orders), except that the court may, in its discretion, reduce the amount of the penalty. [1987 c.431 §8]
