Penalties to Quality Care Fund

All penalties recovered under ORS 441.710 (Civil penalties) to 441.740 (Judicial review) and 441.995 (Factors considered in determining penalties under ORS 441.630 to 441.680) shall be deposited in the Quality Care Fund established in ORS 443.001 (Quality Care Fund).
