2013 ORS § 441.142¹
Duties

The Residential Facilities Advisory Committee shall:

(1) Monitor the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.

(2) Advise the Governor and the Legislative Assembly on the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.

(3) Nominate, after interviews and according to prescribed criteria, three persons to fill the Long Term Care Ombudsman position or to fill a vacancy in the position. [1985 c.153 §11; 2013 c.717 §12]

441.142 (Duties). The Long Term Care Advisory Committee shall:

(1) Monitor the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.

(2) Advise the Governor and the Legislative Assembly on the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.

(3) Nominate, after interviews and according to prescribed criteria, three persons to fill the office of Long Term Care Ombudsman.
