Rules

The Oregon Health Authority shall make such rules as are necessary for carrying out ORS 438.010 (Definitions for ORS 438.010 to 438.510) to 438.510 (Prohibited acts) in accordance with ORS 183.330 (Description of organization). [Formerly 433.335; 2001 c.104 §176; 2009 c.595 §713]
