Purpose of ORS 431.405 to 431.510

It is the purpose of ORS 431.405 (Purpose of ORS 431.405 to 431.510) to 431.510 (Quarters and funds for local health boards) to encourage improvement and standardization of health departments in order to provide a more effective and more efficient public health service throughout the state. [1961 c.610 §1]
