ORS 412.155
Additional monthly payments of elderly rental assistance


The Department of Human Services shall include in the payment made under ORS 412.001 (Definitions) to 412.155 (Additional monthly payments of elderly rental assistance) and 418.647 (Foster care payments) a monthly amount to be designated elderly rental assistance. The amount shall be determined by the department, subject to the total amount appropriated for that purpose by the Legislative Assembly. [Formerly 418.172]
