Public employees in Active Guard Reserve Program


ORS 408.240 (Status and rights of public officer and employee during and after military duty) (4)(a) does not apply to a public employee who leaves a position under ORS 408.240 (Status and rights of public officer and employee during and after military duty) (1) to enter or reenter the Active Guard Reserve Program under 32 U.S.C. 502(f). [2005 c.38 §1]
