Definition of armory for ORS 396.505 to 396.545

As used in ORS 396.505 (Definition of armory for ORS 396.505 to 396.545) to 396.545 (Leases and agreements for use of armories), armory means any building, together with the grounds upon which it is situated, used for the storage and maintenance of military property or the training of troops, and in addition real property acquired or held in contemplation of such use. [1961 c.454 §30; 2001 c.104 §138]
