Definition for ORS 391.800 to 391.830

As used in ORS 391.800 (Elderly and Disabled Special Transportation Fund) to 391.830 (Use of funds to finance and improve transportation for elderly individuals and individuals with disabilities), Indian tribe means a federally recognized Indian tribe in Oregon that has members residing on a reservation or tribal trust lands in Oregon. [2003 c.751 §2]
