Remedies not precluded

The application of one civil remedy under any provision of ORS 358.905 (Definitions for ORS 358.905 to 358.961) to 358.961 (Time limitations on actions or proceedings) does not preclude the application of any other remedy under ORS 358.905 (Definitions for ORS 358.905 to 358.961) to 358.961 (Time limitations on actions or proceedings) or under any other provision of statutory or common law.
