Procedure for condemnation

The procedure in the suit, action or proceeding referred to in ORS 35.555 (Determination of necessity) or 35.560 (Action by district attorney) shall be, as far as applicable, the procedure prescribed by law for the condemnation of lands or rights of way by public corporations or quasi-public corporations for public use or for corporate purposes.
