ORS 342.700 and 342.704 not limitation on or prerequisite for other rights and remedies

Nothing in ORS 342.700 (Policy on sexual harassment) and 342.704 (Adoption of school district policies on sexual harassment required) is intended to limit or operate as a prerequisite to pursuing any rights or remedies provided under other statutes or the common law. [1997 c.272 §3]
