Appropriation of funds received for certain purposes

All moneys received by the State Board of Education for distribution to school districts in this state for the purpose of carrying out experimental and demonstration programs to improve teaching and teacher education in this state are hereby continuously appropriated for such purpose. 327.495 (Appropriation of funds received for certain purposes). All moneys received by the State Board of Education for distribution to school districts, community college districts and any institutions of higher education in this state for the purpose of carrying out experimental and demonstration programs to improve teaching and teacher education in this state are hereby continuously appropriated for such purpose.
