Rules

The Department of Revenue of the State of Oregon shall make such rules and regulations consistent with ORS 308A.300 (Definitions for ORS 308A.300 to 308A.330) to 308A.330 (Rules) as shall be necessary or desirable to permit its effective administration. [Formerly 308.790]
