Definitions for ORS 294.005 to 294.025

As used in ORS 294.005 (Definitions for ORS 294.005 to 294.025) to 294.025 (Effect of wrongful payment), unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) Warrant means a warrant issued by a subdivision.

(2) Subdivision means any county, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, or civil or political subdivision in this state.
