2011 ORS § 282.990¹

Penalties

The provisions of ORS 291.990 (Penalties) apply to ORS 282.020 (Control of state printing and printing purchases) and 282.050 (Multiple duplication work). Any violation of ORS 282.040 (Charges for printing by department), 282.050 (Multiple duplication work) and 282.060 (Exception to application of state laws where federal funds are involved) shall, upon conviction, be punished as prescribed in ORS 291.990 (Penalties).
