Person defined

As used in ORS 279C.500 (Person defined) to 279C.530 (Condition concerning payment for medical care and providing workers compensation), unless the context otherwise requires, person includes the State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation and the Department of Revenue. [2003 c.794 §137]
