Existing development plans and coordination plans

Any development plan or coordination plan for the areas described by ORS 276.054 (Declaration of policy concerning capitol area and other areas) that is in effect on January 1, 2010, remains in effect until modified or repealed by the Capitol Planning Commission under ORS 276.056 (Duties of commission). [2009 c.896 §5]
