Judicial review of order

The order of the administrative law judge is final and is subject to judicial review as provided in ORS 183.482 (Jurisdiction for review of contested cases). Any suspension under ORS 25.750 (Suspension of licenses, certificates, permits and registrations) to 25.783 (Confidentiality of information) is not stayed pending judicial review. [1993 c.365 §8; 2003 c.75 §76]
