   2011 ORS § 221.918¹
Duties of recorder

The recorder referred to in ORS 221.901 (Cities organized under 1893 Act) shall keep a journal of the proceedings of the council, and be ex officio assessor, and perform such other duties as required by ORS 221.901 (Cities organized under 1893 Act) to 221.928 (Record of ordinances) or city ordinances. [Amended by 1999 c.788 §54]
