Other rights protected

ORS 549.110 (Application to county court for authority to build drainage ditch or levee, or to widen or straighten a stream) to 549.180 (Bringing additional water into ditch without payment of compensation prohibited) shall not be construed so as to interfere with the rights of companies or individuals for mining, manufacturing, or watering towns or cities.
