Authorization to lease

Every lease entered into pursuant to ORS 458.405 (Legislative findings) to 458.460 (Bidding procedure for multiple applicants) shall be authorized by order of the state agency executing the lease and shall provide such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the government body executing the lease.
