Rules

In carrying out ORS 458.405 (Legislative findings) to 458.460 (Bidding procedure for multiple applicants), the state shall act by and through its duly constituted board, commission or agency. The state by statute or through its respective board, commission or agency, may provide rules necessary to carry out ORS 458.405 (Legislative findings) to 458.460 (Bidding procedure for multiple applicants).
