Rules

(1) The State Department of Agriculture may adopt rules to implement the provisions of ORS 30.930 (Definitions for ORS 30.930 to 30.947) to 30.947 (Effect of siting of destination resorts or other nonfarm or nonforest uses).

(2) The State Forestry Department may adopt rules to implement the provisions of ORS 30.930 (Definitions for ORS 30.930 to 30.947) to 30.947 (Effect of siting of destination resorts or other nonfarm or nonforest uses). [1993 c.792 §41]
