Effect on federal officers

ORS 190.472 (Mutual interstate law enforcement assistance agreements) does not confer on federal officers, as defined in ORS 133.005 (Definitions for ORS 131.655, 133.005 to 133.381 and 133.410 to 133.450), any additional powers. The powers of federal officers are limited to those powers conferred by other laws. [1997 c.855 §4]
