Counties to which bench warrant may issue

The bench warrant mentioned in ORS 137.050 (Nonattendance or nonappearance of released defendant when attendance required by court) may issue to one or more counties of the state and may be served in the same manner as any other warrant of arrest issued by a magistrate. [Amended by 1973 c.836 §258]
